In Australia, wholesale investors are individuals or entities that meet specific eligibility criteria set out by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Under the Corporations Act 2001, you must meet certain criteria in order to invest in wholesale financial products.

Do you have net assets of at least $2.5 million or make a gross income of at least $250,000 per annum for the last two financial years?
Are you an entity with net assets of at least $10 million or gross assets of at least $2 million?
Are you an individual or entity that has obtained a certificate from a qualified accountant certifying that you have net assets of at least $2.5 million?
